Forum Rules & Guidelines
In order to prevent problems and issues between forum members, please follow our simple forum rules. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact one of our staff members or administrators.

Member Accounts
You are allowed to create ONE member account, regardless of how many companies you represent. If you have forgotten your login details, do not create a new account and use the password recovery feature instead.

While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. We reserve the right to remove, modify or move posts at our discretion and without explanation. Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning.

Debating doesn't cover insulting other members or posting questionable statements without providing proof of your statement. Screenshots or messenger logs are not proving anything as such documents can be easily manipulated. We do not allow people to send private messages or emails to users here that advertise any products, services, funds or donations.



General Forum Rules

• Discussion of illegal activities are not allowed
• Posting links to pirated content is not allowed
• You may not post any affiliate or referral links
• You may not link to sites or images containing pornography
• You may not post on behalf of any banned member
• Cross-posting is not allowed
• You may not post in languages other than English
• You may not not criticize or pass comment on another user's advertisement
• Requests for loans or begging is not allowed here
• Buying, selling, giving away or trading any accounts is not allowed
• You may not post advertisements except in our marketplace forums
• Advertising is limited per category to one ad per 24 hours
• You may not ask for any currency exchange (Paypal to E-Gold etc.)
• We do not remove posts or accounts on request
• You may not sell/rent signature links or any profile field
• You may not sell, share, trade or give away your user account
• You may not offer or request VCC's (Virtual Credit Cards)
• You may not offer bookmarking services (Digg, Stumble etc.)
• You are not allowed to sell products which are available for free (freeware/open source etc)
• You may not mask links using services like tinyurl - post the real link instead
• Do not ask for "Review Copies" except if the seller offers such copies

While our forum rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Because of that, we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.

Code of Ethics


We want to ensure our forum is a safe and friendly place for all domainers, which is why we have created our "Code of Ethics". The following rules apply for all marketplace listings:

• You may not buy or sell stolen domain names
• You may not list trademark domains for sale
• You may not list trademark typo domain names
• You must honor sales agreements
• You may not post manipulated traffic statistics / income reports

Please note that we do allow selling general typo domain names as long as they don't conflict with our trademark rules. You may sell a domain like huose.com (house.com typo) but you may not sell a domain like yuotube.com. This rule was established to prevent legal issues when dealing on our forums and because we believe every domainer should respect registered trademarks.

Signatures
Signatures may contain up to 3 lines of text (of small or normal size) and a maximum of three links. Affiliate and referral links are not allowed in signatures. You may also not sell your signature or any other profile fields.

Software Licenses
If you wish to sell or trade a software license, you must provide proof of ownership / resell rights to our staff members. If you do not provide proof, your thread will be removed and your member account will be suspended. Members posting pirated products will be suspended without warning. Ensure you own the right to sell your product before doing so - no excuses accepted.
